Introduction

Hinrick Smids Lægebog is a 16th century medical book in danish that I bought on auction. The goal is to scan all pages and translate the gothic letters into readable danish and then english. I want to share this fascinating book with the rest of the world.

All the pages are scanned to a Picasa library. This site is used for the translation and discussions. I also have a blog.
